Scott & Nichole are Married at Villa de Amore, Temecula Ca
Scott, sporting the ginormous ring of a National Champion for is work as a Pitcher in the 1995 College World Series, marries Nichole, sporting the tatoo of 5 interlaced rings of an Olympian for her pitching work in the 2000 and 2004 Olympics! Being so into sports myself, they were a couple that I totally hit it off with, and can see us being friends for a long time. During all of my consultations, I talk about 'chemistry' that a couple and photographer need to feel with one another to make an enjoyable experience, and this couple was a perfect example of that.
Everything went soooo smoothly, and they did a great job of picking top notch wedding professionals. As always, Villa de Amore, Temecula, Ca was absolutely gorgeous thanks to Eileen Rivard and her staff. This was the first time I'd worked with the ladies from Bella Floral out of Chino Hills, and I was sooooo impressed. They did a great job of decorating, but what really impressed me was that they stayed for the entire duration of the event. They were constantly helping fix corsages and bouquets and keep things in tip top shape. Consumate professionals they were!
Another thing that made it so fun was that the guests were mixed fans of Cal Bears and USC, and the game was going on during the reception. The DJ announced score updates as they happened, keeping an aura of fun in the air.
I arrived early to set up my gear and was delighted to find the dress already delivered. I used that opportunity to snap this pic...
Of course, the dressed looked even better with Nichole in it.

YES! That is a lot of cakes! Nichole had 15 cakes.... one for each table. This was a really cool idea because not only did it serve as a beautiful center piece, but the guests absolutely loved being a part of the cake cutting ceremony by digging in to their own cake!
